Due to ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to follow CDC's guidelines for social distancing during in-person appointments by maintaining 6 feet distance between persons and encouraging the use of face masks/coverings. In-person - Our office is located in Winter Park, Florida (see our Contact Us page for directions). Please note, we are located on the 2nd floor - stair access only. Should you require accommodations due to reduced mobility, a first floor conference room is available for sessions. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you require accommodations. We require this advance notice to secure an appropriate meeting space.
Telehealth (Video Conference) - Our virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing. You can attend the appointment from the comfort of your home or office using your computer or phone. *Virtual counseling available to Florida residents only.
Payment - We do NOT accept insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of service (beginning of / prior to appointment). We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (with the Visa logo).
Opt-in Notice - Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic Opt-in Notice requesting your consent to receive email messages. Please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for this important message.
Cancellation Policy - We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire session.
