Due to ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be following the CDC's guidelines for social distancing during in-person appointments by checking temperatures, maintaining 6 feet distance between persons and requiring the use of face masks/coverings. In addition, we will make every effort to sanitize our office between client appointments. 

Of course, we will continue to offer virtual appointment options via secure video conferencing (no downloads required on PC/Mac or also available via the Practice Better phone app on iOS/Android).

Telehealth (Video Conference) - Our virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing. You can attend the appointment from the comfort of your home or office using your computer or phone. *Virtual counseling available to Florida residents only. Student Coaching services provided nationwide.

Payment - We do NOT accept private insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (with the Visa logo).

Cancellation Policy - We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire hour.
