Due to ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to follow CDC's guidelines for social distancing during in-person appointments by maintaining 6 feet distance between persons and requiring the use of face masks/coverings. In addition, we will make every effort to sanitize our office between client appointments.

In-person - Our office is located in Winter Park, Florida (see our Contact Us page for directions). Please note, we are located on the 2nd floor - stair access only.  Should you require accommodations due to reduced mobility, a first floor conference room is available for sessions.

Telehealth (Video Conference) - Our virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing. You can attend the appointment from the comfort of your home or office using your computer or phone. *Virtual counseling available to Florida residents only. Student Coaching services provided nationwide.

Payment - We do NOT accept insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (with the Visa logo).

Opt-in Notice - Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic Opt-in Notice requesting your consent to receive email messages. Please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for this important message.

Cancellation Policy - We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire session.
